Cedar Downs
1967
Cedar Downs is a fast version of the carousel that is located on the Main Midway of Cedar Point!
At 15 MPH, Cedar Downs simulates the excitement of a horse racing derby.
The horses on this ride do not always stop in the same place, so the horses take turns winning the races.
Cedar Downs was built in the 1920's and is one of a few of its kind left. Cedar Downs was moved to Cedar Point in 1967. Cedar Downs was restored and repainted in 2013. Guests must be 48 inches to ride!
